2025-2026 Salary Schedule will use schedule above + State IPD (TBD) + 2%

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical instruction and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 7 through 8.
Required Qualifications
Possession of a valid Washington State teaching certificate with a secondary mathematics endorsement, or
an out-of-state equivalent transferable to Washington.
Demonstrated proficiency in teaching to specific learning targets and adapting instruction to meet diverse
student needs.
In-depth knowledge of current trends in mathematics education, including the integration of technology to
enhance learning outcomes.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative and
supportive educational environment.
Familiarity with a range of instructional strategies and evidence of effective classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
Ability to articulate and implement effective practices to assist second-language learners and Special
Education students.
Commitment to participate in extracurricular activities, including coaching athletics or advising clubs.

Upholding high moral and ethical standards in all professional interactions.
Maintaining high expectations for both personal performance and student achievement.
Demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for facilitating student success in mathematics.
