Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical instruction and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 7 through 8.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Washington State teaching certificate with a secondary mathematics endorsement, or

  an out-of-state equivalent transferable to Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in teaching to specific learning targets and adapting instruction to meet diverse

  student needs.

• In-depth knowledge of current trends in mathematics education, including the integration of technology to

  enhance learning outcomes.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative and

  supportive educational environment.

• Familiarity with a range of instructional strategies and evidence of effective classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish

• Ability to articulate and implement effective practices to assist second-language learners and Special

  Education students.

• Commitment to participate in extracurricular activities, including coaching athletics or advising clubs.
