Dear WSVSD Families,
Thank you for your support and cooperation today related to the alternative drop-off and pick-up for students at Wallace and Priscilla Stevenson Intermediate School (WPSIS), Henkle Middle School (HMS) and Columbia High School (CHS). We anticipate this revised drop-off and pick-up to be in effect at least through the beginning of next week. Thank you for your patience.
I am writing to remind families that the parking lot on the campuses of WPSIS, HMS and CHS is an active construction zone. Please do not drop your students off at the White Salmon Preschool / Transportation Center parking lots. It is not safe for students to cross through the construction zone. The construction zone is dangerous and unsupervised.
Please use the designated drop-off and pick-up area that is identified on the map linked here. Staff from WPSIS, HMS and CHS will continue to provide supervision and assistance to students to and from the identified drop-off and pick-up locations throughout the delay.
