This week the Anatomy and Physiology class had the opportunity to dissect pig hearts, generously donated by Mountain Valley Meats. This hands-on experience allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of the heart's structure and function. It's not every day you get to explore the inner workings of such a vital organ up close!
