Give Your Input on The Search for Our Next Superintendent
The White Salmon School Board wants to know: what should board members be looking for in the next superintendent of White Salmon Valley Schools?
Dr. Hill and Dr. Rada of Northwest Leadership Associates will be working with the district staff and the White Salmon Valley community to identify the desired characteristics of our next superintendent. This work will include focus groups and an online survey. Focus group activities should take about 30 to 45 minutes and will take place on Thursday, March 11th. Information gathered from the focus groups will be used to develop a Leadership Profile for the next superintendent.
Community members and staff are encouraged to participate. Their input is critical to the district hiring the best possible superintendent. Those unable to attend the focus group sessions are encouraged to complete the online survey.
