Dear Senior Families,
As your students start their final trimester and all our snow days are behind us, I wanted to update you on our plan to meet the Washington State required school days for our senior students. Because of the school days, our students missed this school year, due to inclement weather, there are still two days of school our seniors need to make up. To make up those days, we had a choice to move the graduation date or require seniors to attend school after graduation on Monday, June 6, and Tuesday, June 7. Because of the dates already printed
on our seniors’ announcements and family members that have already booked travel, we decided to keep graduation on Saturday, June 4, which means our seniors will be required to attend school on Monday, June 6,and Tuesday, June 7. We will be working with our seniors and their advisors to plan out what those days will look like.
Let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Craig E. McKee
Principal
